Membership

Applicant’s Requirement

Membership is for Applicant, Legal Spouse and Family members under 18 years of age

Voting on membership applications will be conducted on the first Wednesday of each month. Applicant will be required to attend two work parties and one club function prior to the voting meeting. (Absence required on voting night.) New member voting privileges commence after 3-month membership. First year is probationary to be reviewed by membership committee at end of year.

First Year Initiation Fee: $25

Yearly Active membership fee: $50

Yearly Inactive membership fee: $100

To be considered an active member you will be required to work a minimum of 4 events or equivalent**. The Club Referee will be in charge of race day activities.

With a family membership one person from the family will be required to fulfill the work requirements.

Come to a meeting (listed under club news) or see a member if interested in joining.

** Equivalent Requirements – lawn mowing, track preparation, club house cleaning, work parties, social events, etc.).

Benefit’s of Active Membership

Use of the SDR ¼ mile track (must water track before use).

Use of SDR club grounds and property.
