Race Day Information:

*Late sign-ups or call-ins are not permitted. All riders must sign the rider release and pay entry fees during sign-up*

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:

11:00am – Gates Open

12:00-2:00pm – Sign-up

2:00pm – Riders Meeting

2:15pm – Mini Practice

2:30pm – Mini Heats

3:00pm – AM & EX Practice

4:00pm – AM & EX Heats

Event Series Information and Rules:

• All riders must meet AMA Requirements
• All youth riders must wear a chest/back protector either over or under their jersey; the protector should cover the sternum, anterior ribs, posterior ribs, and spine from T1 to t12
• Hooded sweatshirts pose a safety hazard and may not be worn to race
• Large, high contrasting numbers (such as black and white) are recommended for all number plates; if scorers are unable to easily identify a rider number, the rider will not be scored in the event
• At least half of the race laps must be completed to earn points; points structure is available in the AMA Rule Book 
• 4 of 5 races must be completed to be eligible for a year end award
• All classes will be awarded year-end race trophies based on 1 for 3 + 1; no races are dropped, and no points may be transferred to another class
• No pit bikes or bicycles permitted
• Pit parking is reserved for haulers
• Alcohol may not be consumed in the pit area during the races
• Glass bottles are not permitted on the property
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Only track personnel is permitted on track during track preparation, intermission, and racing
• Only parents and medical staff are allowed on track if a rider is injured
